Stereo Roux is an indie rock project recorded mostly in a basement, occasionally in a kitchen, and once memorably inside of a parked car.
The sound lives somewhere between fuzzed-out garage rock, jangly guitar pop, and the kind of late-night basement-tape recordings you'd find at a thrift store and bring home immediately. Big choruses, lo-fi production, lyrics about driving around and feeling weird about it.
The catalog so far includes the self-titled Stereo Roux EP, a handful of singles, and a growing pile of cassettes. New material is always cooking.
